Weigh in day: Thursday
Previous Week's weight: 260.8
Todays Weight: 268.8
Too much sodium, not enough movement, not enough water, lack of tracking consistantly and snacking. I am oreparing for an internship and feeling the pressure. I need to regroup and turn this around next week.
@Gwenfromnyc I had you as 268.8 last week as well. So you did not have a change. No gain, no loss. Maintaining is 2nd best to loosing! Good job on maintaining while under the pressure of preparing for your internship!1 -

Hey everyone, so sorry. I went MIA this past week. I have been struggling a bit with life in general. Lots of stress here at home. Not to mention i've got some serious winter blues here. I just need the sun to come back into my life! My goals this week will pretty much be the same. I am starting week 2 of C25K on monday. This is my 3rd doing this program. I started over this past week at a higher speed so completing week 2 is part of my goals this week. WIshing you all a wonderful weekend.4

I noticed that most of the weigh-ins have been added to the spread sheet, but not the Monday (or early week) weigh-ins. Please don't forget us.0 -
160.8
I am back from Las Vegas (last night) and only gained a pound while I was away, so I am super happy about that! The saving grace in Las Vegas is all the walking!! Out of eight days, the only day I didn't reach at least 10,000 steps was the travel day home!!
Later today I will be sitting down, getting caught up and posting the results from last week's mini challenge.3 -

Today is the last day of Week #3. Week #4 starts on Sunday 21st. If you haven't given the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge a fair shot, then why not give it a try starting tomorrow? We all know that logging what you eat and staying under your calories is the key to weight loss success (we are all on myfitnesspal, after all!!) and exercise is just good for you!!!! Seriously consider giving it a try, and watch the scales reward you!!2

Nothing like a cruise to keep you focused on your weight loss goals! Yes, do not plug in and do not worry about your streak while on your cruise! Just enjoy!!! Streaks are overrated, in my opinion. Success is measured by the scales and other NSV's, not by how many days you log in!1 -
