ETA: Sorry guys, I hope I have the week right. I has been a personal struggle with so much going on. Tracking has been good, although a lot of days I'm a little over. Water and exercise not so much. We got the news that another of my brothers is very sick. Stage 3 kidney cancer that moved to stage 4. Trying to coordinate with the rest of the family, so we can travel to see him. It is not good. Will post when/as I can. Any good thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.

Have to make adjustments to my sleep, nutrition and eating behavior this week. Bunch of medicals and blood tests this week. week 2 I had major difficulties with insulin spikes all over the place triggering cravings. Yesterday I allowed a binge to happen .
We may stumble. We may fall. We will get back up. And keep moving towards our goal..4 -

Woohoo getting back on track. Trying to find a new martial arts dojo reasonably priced and a good location. My previous one has severely let me and several others down with the lack of care taken over rather serious matters. It hurts me as my family loved this place and the people in it both students and instructors.3 -

I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping for a bigger loss. When I was trying to lose weight after my last baby I was certain it wasn't coming off because I wasn't getting enough sleep. I guess I thought it wouldn't be a problem this time because I'm getting more sleep, but not as much as my body is used to. Hope you all have a good week!
