I see children in the near future for me maybe in two to three years. I already have high blood pressure thanks to genetics and weight. So I've decided to lose weight so I will have a healthy pregnancy whenever that may be.

Low Carb Tacos *use shredded cheddar cheese for the shell. Put shredded cheese in piles on pan covered in parchment/foil. Bake for 5 or 6 minutes at 400 degrees. You can drape them over a big spoon or something so they cool in the shape of a taco shell. Then load them up with your favorite taco ingredients. I used ground…

I use my fitbit to log steps only....if i do a HIIT workout or anything, I take my fitbit off and log it manually. That's just my preference. I also set my activity level to sedentary so I can count my steps at work.

Brown some chicken wings....then throw them in the crock pot with a packet of knorr vegetable dip mix and a little water....yummy yummy yummy!

I was born with a left hand with no fingers. To keep my left arm as strong as my right, I make a conscious effort to use it as much as I can even with little things like driving...anything to continually work the muscles on that side. Also, during high school, I did more reps with my left arm to keep the size up to par…

Good job! What an inspiring story. I also lost my dad after a short battle with lung cancer last year. It caused me to gain 30 lbs so I definitely can empathize. Also, my brother had to deal with my daddy's death while in 3rd year residency working 80-90 hours a week at the hospital which he says was and is extremely…

I would quit... After I quit, exercising and life in general became easier. However, don't let people bully you into it. Yes, smoking can cause lung cancer. I watched my 59 year old daddy waste away to nothing in four months time when the day before his diagnosis, he was out-fishing me on the creek bank. At 59, he could…

I do HIIT elliptical workouts a few times a week. You could try that. They're low impact on knees and joints...just not sure about feet!

It just depends in my opinion. I set MFP to sedentary even though I'm a teacher which really means I'm lightly active/active. This way I can eat some of my step calories back if I want to. I don't think taking steps around the house is cheating unless your MFP activity level already accounts for that.

There's a difference! I've only lost 11 pounds, but it looks like tons more because of inches lost. Keep up the good work!

I take Zoloft. It hasn't hindered my weight loss at all. If anything, it's actually helped me become more active which is a plus.

After rinsing really well, I cook them in a pan with a little chicken broth. Then I mix chicken seasoning and chicken bouillon together and put over them. Tastes like the chicken ramen noodles!

Artic Zone is hit or miss. Some flavors aren't that tasty. You have to let it thaw to get to the creamy texture. The brownie blast kind is my favorite! It has actual brownie pieces in it which makes it AMAZING when I don't have the calories to eat the real thing.

A combination of walking, meds, and HIIT training has helped with my depression (abusive relationship and my daddy passed). Also, get some sunshine, sunshine, sunshine!! We are here for you!

I started HIIT Elliptical training 3 weeks ago. 20 minute session with 10 intervals...just after 3 weeks 3 times a week it's gotten easier. You just have to start out slow and steady and build from there. It takes a lot of patience!!

1) Since January 10th, I've lost over 4 inches total. I was so surprised when I measured myself yesterday!! 2) I upped my HIIT session to 25 minutes from 20 minutes this week plus upped the resistance on my elliptical. I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but I pulled through! Keep up the good work, everybody!!

Worked on my step goal until it became a habit. Took a month or two. I get almost half of my 10000 at work then the rest walking my dog every evening. Now, I have to get 10000 most days of the week out of habit no matter how tired I am or what the weather is like.

When I hadn't seen a scale drop in a few weeks, I started HIIT training on the elliptical and upped my calories a bit. It worked!!
