I'm in. Had lost 100, found some of it hiding in cookies and now it's time to lose the last 80 pounds. Sounds so much easier if you say it that way.

One thing I love a out the running community is no one cares how fast or slow you are. Whether you big or small, everyone is welcome and encouraged.

Don't try and do everything at once. Track your food, drink your water and start a exercise goal you can do every day. Babysteps help create long term changes you can keep up the rest of your life. I started out with 10 mins a day and was over 300 pounds. I'm running my first half marathon in a couple of months.

I started at 315, being that heavy is hard. Much harder than learning to eat healthy and enjoy life. You are going to get to experience great non-scale victories along the way. Hitting that 100 pound mark is so exciting and also intimidating. Look at your photos, you're amazing! Be proud and celebrate your successes. I gained back 15 pounds and now I have to say I've lost 86 pounds instead of over 100. Don't lose those bragging rights!
