  • Thanks! All these good ideas. I think the plan is to be consistent at good eating. Like you suggested, if I want a burger, pair it with some veggies.   • This is what worked for me the last time I tried. Caloric awareness (I like that). I run out of ideas to eat healthy, but that's no excuse. I just want to stay inspired by readily available mixes of different foods. Keeps things interesting. I need that.
