I'm thoroughly convinced if I had not moved out of the gym to the outside, I'd of given up cardio 100% by now. Find an activity you enjoy and go for it. Some activities can be fun inside - indoor volleyball, etc... Depends on your interests.

Almost 50 lbs heavier in mine. I've always expect issues but never have them. Not for alcohol purchases, I look way older than 21. I've always expected issues with TSA while going through security. Haven't experienced any though, which is a good thing.

I used to run with music, I now run without anything in my ears. I actually find it more pleasant that way.

Completely and totally agree. I think sometimes people confuse motivation versus inspiration. I'm not motivated by my friends or anyone else. Likewise, I sincerely doubt I motivate them. I generally do some form of cardio 5x per week. I run 2-3x (12-18 miles total) and then either do indoor or (most recently) outdoor cycling. "HAVE to eat clean to lose the weight?" Hell no... I didn't when I was losing and I don't now that I'm in maintenance. Severely reduced sodium due to BP issues which is a separate thing entirely.

You're in NYC. There's no good reason to eat a meal at any chain. Walking a million steps a day is not uncommon if you avoid the cabs / buses / subway... within reason of course... If you run, bring your shoes and run through Central Park.

I have done 21DFX but can't compare since I've never done 21DF. I enjoyed it and still use a few of them in my rotation. I've also done Hammer/Chisel and Body Beast. I've enjoyed them immensely, though what I mostly do now is Body Beast.
