Doing the same thing. My trainer has me at higher protein and low carbs. The exact values are depending on your body type and where your at now. For me some days are 0 carbs which is hard to do but it’s mainly meat and veggies those days.

I found that using this app having friends on here and having a big goal to shoot for is great for motivation. I chose to do Spartan races and it has changed everything.
