Bran new to MFP always done slimming world

Hi everyone I've falling in to a slimmingworld slum an just can't seem to get out of it, so going to try this any tips would be so help full thanks everyone ❤️

I do the two together. I follow the SW eating plan but weigh and log using MFP. That means I can also see the calories I am consuming. Loosing weight (which is my goal) each week. I also have my Garmen linked which allows me to offset exercise.0

I found that using this app having friends on here and having a big goal to shoot for is great for motivation. I chose to do Spartan races and it has changed everything.0
