Are you talking about the Daniel Fast? If so, I did it! I started Jan 2nd and I ended yest. 21 days (a little longer I went) of basically vegan and only drinking water and tea (no coffee or alcohol) it was very....refreshing! Energizing! And I sooooo recommend it! I would actually do it again. Will I stay vegan forever ...…

I've had a waffle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, bananas, and whip cream...... with side order of white rice and black beans. (No I wasn't high or pregnant or on my period) they just both sounded amazing at that very moment. Would I have it again, absolutely not!

My warm ups are like 5 mins or less and a quick walk. But my knee doesn't hurt when I skip a day or so. But I really hope it gets better with time.…

As I said above to user (michellemybell) I need help. I love running and I want to run more and everyday but I cannot cause my one knee hurts the next day. Should I just keep running even though it bothers? Is it like a get to use to thing?

That is great! I started running like 4 months ago. Before I couldn't even run half a mile. Even though it isn't much, but now I run 3 miles. But unfortunately I can't run everyday.
