Happened to me too. Go to the dr and get checked. I usually get these symptoms when I have a UTI with no other symptoms.

Calories were cut too low. Adjusting that now.

Great advise! I'm going to increase 300-400 calories a day to see if that slows things.

I did that for years and never lost anything. Just wondering if it's simply getting rid of sugar or if I should be concerned.
