Things have slowed down. I have been so stressed this week, final exams were more exhausting than all the cardio in the world. I have not slept enough, I've had anxiety. It is no surprise that my weight has not changed that much. I've already lost 5 pounds anyways! And I'm just happy to have finally finish my exams

Third weigh in already, I'm not quite believing it. Almost two pounds down this week seems like a LOT (for me) but I've been doing some cardio so it could be due to that. I'm hoping all the best for you ! :)
