I used Jeff Galloway's program to train for a 10K. I downloaded the app on my Apple Phone. This Saturday I will run my 10K race. Really it's all about doing it for me, not about time. My plan is 2min run with 30 sec walks for the whole race. But I will be done with regular long runs for a while after this.. I have gained 5…

I would try increasing your calories for a few days and maybe adding in an additional light workout in for a few days. That seems to work for me when I am stuck.

Ha..for me no. It says I will gain weight if I eat what I do everyday. I have been losing.

I would starve on that. I am eating about 2200 a day. Counting macros.. and I am losing weight. Losing more now at 2200 than I was at 1700 a day.

Not sure on the diet part, but when my husband had a attack we did some research online..it was over the weekend. Drink Black Cherry Juice. Seriously..he drank the whole bottle that day, next morning much better.

I chew gum. But what really helped my afternoon binges was eating Cheese, turkey and crackers. Usually 1 to 2 oz of cheese, 2 oz of deli meat turkey, and half serving of crackers. Very good snack, and seems to hit all areas.

I eat cheese and deli meat for a snack. I find hot cocoa fixes my chocolate craving.

I love Shakeology also. Currently not using it. But I do drink a shake every morning also. Very easy to prep and drink on the way to work. I use Thrive shakes. But thinking about going back to Shakeology. It's worth it financially if you use it, not worth it if it sits in her cabinet untouched.

I just started using IIfym.com I used their free macro calculator. So far I am seeing results. I like it.

I would just put it as Cardio. I loved that program. I did it about 4years ago and It really jump started my weight loss journey. I recommend doing your own warm up and own cool down.
