does anyone else here follow zone ratios/meal plans? If so, what websites help?

    I just started using IIfym.com I used their free macro calculator. So far I am seeing results. I like it.

    I just started the zone diet a couple days ago!! I'm super interested in any sites to help with finding interesting recipes!

    I did for about a year, but it was years ago so I just followed the book (and my friend's advice). It worked pretty well for me at the time.
