My deficit has been changing as I've been testing how much I can eat while losing about 1 lb a week. I've never felt this bad from the start of a cold but that makes sense. Thank you so much everyone and I'm going to take the rest of the week off from exercise and just give my body the time to rest and recover.

I've been just tracking calories and making sure I get enough protein. I'm not really low carb or low fat but my diary is open so feel free to look. I do have a lot trouble sleeping just in general. I fall asleep easily but wake up every two hours almost. I do my best to get upwards of 8 hours but its not super restful…

I have a stainless steel one Link for nicer occasions and just everyday wear. Most people see it and just think I have a regular watch on. Then I have a exercise band for hiking, seriously sweaty stuff aka June-September in the south. Link For the first couple months when I just had my original band I had issues with a…

I haven't in those exact words. We went out to eat last night and I had just had it. I told them they that were being Sh** friends and that sabotaging me was not something friends do. I just paid my bill and left. After all the insults and what feels like backstabbing I had just had enough.

We get together about once a week for coffee, drinks, shopping, etc... and the past several times we have gone out the comments have come up such as if we are deciding somewhere to eat "oh well Rosey is trying to lose weight so lets eat at the fried chicken place so she stays fat" or when I order something healthy "If you…

Migraines, PCOS, and Muscular Dystrophy so I 500% get you. I've figured out that if I feel good then I use that time to work out. Whether it be the morning before my body gets worn out or at night if just sitting down for a while and relaxing after work helps me get that energy back. I take lots of advil and have learned…

Something similar happened to me a couple years ago on a college campus and I will admit I felt crappy for days. It took me a while to dust myself off and get back out there but it really does feel better I promise! I did just on every crack I saw for a week and pretended it was breaking their backs :)

Kettlebells! I'm obsessed haha. I love the fact that kettlebells get my heart rate up while still adding the weight lifting factor that just keeps me engaged. Cardio is hard for me as I get bored and shaking/swinging all this fat around is not easy on my already crappy joints. My muscular dystrophy doctor first recommended…

I've been having issues since Friday, so far my interim plan is to just disconnect and reconnect MFP and Fitbit every night so that my calories and steps are all synced together. I've had luck so far that every time I do the reconnect it almost force syncs them and it backs up.

Hi everyone! I'm Rosey, a nerdy, techy, kettlebell addict. I've got about 130 to lose but I've lost about twenty just eating healthier before joining and now I'm adding in workouts and getting a lot better about logging. I've been stalking the boards and reading a lot of posts.

As a HUGE star wars fandom fan I am thrilled for the new movie! But! About half of that is for seeing Mark Hamill being Luke again and seeing if it can at all stand up to the original trilogy. As a 90's child who was at the perfect age for the prequels and liken them to that cousin that no one can stand but they are still…

Hi Everyone! I'm Rosey. I've always battled unhealthy relationships with food but it spiraled into bulimia a couple years ago which I will always be recovering from. Health issues from birth have complicated a lot of things but frequent visits with a therapist and attempting to gain a healthier outlook on food, exercise,…

If I keep my hands busy or just leave an environment with food it has personally helped to cut down on binges. My current "go-to" is taking a protein bar and water and driving out somewhere to hike. I know in the woods there won't be any trigger foods for me yet I have one healthy food if I am actually hungry. I've also…

I also adore my Fitbit Aria, I keep it in my bathroom by the shower so it has gotten some serious water on it and no damage yet, fingers crossed, as I bathe my dogs quite often and there has been some considerable soaked floors. I actually got my Aria before my Fitbit and I do enjoy the multiple person tracking and fat %.

I bought smaller dishes and started just doing more active things together. More nightly walks, Sunday morning nature walks or walking around the city instead of driving from place to place.
