I've lost 50 pounds within the last year and I haven't lost my period. I usually weigh 103 but now I weigh 110 bc I was sick started working out and than go my period a week later and it just ended yesterday and I'm still bloated. It's been 3 weeks of retaining water.

I do 30 minutes. I have a very little to now appetite and I don't eat much to begin with i know that sounds really strange I don't drink pop or juice I mostly do drink just water.

I have also been doing 30 minutes of cardio and this is the week before my period when I get bloated and even working out isn't helping. My weight actually spiked 5 pounds more than usual the week before my period. Don't know what's going on there
