I keep my carbs down purely because I've gotten so used to absorbing them into fat and not used for muscles. However when I start powerlifting I'll increase it! Your calories will stay low with low carbs generally too

I've logged everything for the past two weeks and really stuck to weighing my portions and not eating late at night! Lost 7lbs so far next weigh in on saturday

I don't understand your tone with all the full stops but yes I understand that but I'm asking SUCCESSFULLY and that wasn't helpful as I know that you need to up the protein etc. Thanks.

My breakfast tends to be about 400 calories as I have cereal but if you just have oats and fruit it'll be less so more cals left for lunch and dinner

Yes you can add them as they have calories but just logging how much water you have is fine! All I have is squash because I don't like plain water either I just log it as water though x
