Just completed whole30 in January. I lost a little more than 10 pounds and the nonscale victories were incredible. Better sleep, sustained energy throughout the day, improved focus, less bloating. Feel free to add me. I'm pretty much happy still eating whole30 compliant because I cannot go back to the energy rollercoaster…

I'm a nurse who is also going to school as well. I mostly work day shifts but occasionally pick up a 16 hr shifts, evening shifts, and overnights (that shift differential!). I am following the nutritional guidelines of whole30, plan on extending it to 60 days because I feel so much better compared to when I started. Also,…

One of my classmates changed her diet and lost so much weight before graduating nursing school. She said the biggest motivator was she hated feeling out of breath providing patient care. I want to lose weight to be a better role model for my patients!

I'm interested in challenge and support groups where the mods don't end up trying to sell you a product or their service, if anyone knows of some.

I struggle with this too in times of stress! Going to school, working, and raising a family makes me feel almost continuously stressed!

I totally relate. I have a 8 year old, work 32 hrs/wk, and am going to school part-time. My long-term goal is to lose 80 pounds. I'm coming back to MFP after falling off the wagon after a 30 pound weight loss. I'd love to have other mom friends to talk to regularly for encouragement and motivation!
