Excellent advice and taken, yes I will go slowly slowly. I am doing swimming, I am loving swimming, I learned swimming via Personal Trainer and I think it helped a lot.

I bought scale and on my first dinner i got surprised that how many calories I was eating, eye-balling was not accurate. I lost 0.5 KG in two days. This forum is excellent and using search i read many good experiences shared and also motivation as well.
