  • Last time I posted scholarly articles people want stuff that's easier to understand this time I post what's easier to understand people aren't satisfied, the bottom line is even if I put the proof and evidence right in front people are going to believe whatever they want. Which I why I think it's better for people to just…
  • Same for me it also helps get rid of my bloating
  • the best thing to do is do your own research and form you own opinion

  • It's no magic pill or anything but it can help get rid toxins in the body and help with bloating among other things. It's kinda like an aid, I myself tend to stay bloated so I drink that or lemon water for those reasons. But, honestly, it's best to just do the research yourself instead of asking these types of questions on…
  • That makes sense but 6 pounds seems like a lot in just 2 days, anyway I have another question do you think it matters whether you do strength training before cardio or after cardio? because someone was telling that it's dangerous to do it before but I don't see why it would matter
  • Those days I was doing a water fast on and off with a friend so there was nothing to log, I log everything and weigh everything I writing it down and log it on this site ' I 'm not going to lie I eat a lot of salt but I always do that's one thing I never changed I just changed the type of salt I use
  • I was just wondering, but seriously you look amazing
  • If you don't mind me asking, how much weight have you lost since you started?
  • Yup patience is the key, weight loss is a slow process and honestly, as much as I think anyone would just want to hit their goal in a couple of days or so, it's actually better to lose the weight slow that way you won't gain it back if you maintain correctly and it has a better effect on your body I had to learn this…
  • I consider it more of a eat over my usual calorie intake day, I take one day out of the week to eat maybe 300 counts(I don't know the technical term) over my usual calorie count, for instance I usually eat 1200 calories a day but I will take one day out of the week to eat 1500 calories. I don't why but I feel like my body…
  • There are only two things I really try not to eat a lot of and that's gluten, because I personally feel like it makes me bloated, I still eat it but just not as much, and foods with a lot of high fructose corn syrup because that's a big contributor to a fatty liver, and HFCS is in everything so it's not like I don't eat it…
  • Okay so what you guys mean is the calories that you burn from basic everyday moving and walking, the ones tracked by a pedometer or something, not the calories you burn during exercising right?
  • You're suppose to eat back your calories?
  • I've been in the same boat but like someone mentioned try measuring because I thought i wasn't losing anything but then I measured my waist, hips and thighs and I had lost an inch from each place, so now I measure and weigh, consistency pays off
  • You look great nice work!! I think everyone wishes it would go faster because it seems like we're not making any progress until we look bad and realize how much progress we've actually made
  • I was doing the same, I only updated when I had lost at least 5 lbs because 1-4 seems like such a little bit, I'm also extremely impatient, I want fast progress which I had to learn isn't really possible
  • I've been thinking about getting a fitbit for a while everyone tells me it's extremely useful when trying to lose weight, maybe I'll stop putting it off and just get one
  • Thanks everyone I was really curious about this, I think I'll start logging my weight every week I usually weigh myself everyday or every other day but logging my weight every day seems a bit too much and I will probably forget
  • If you really want to do it try just replacing one meal with herbalife shake like lunch or Dinner, I did herbalife with my sister and brother, and I strictly did herbalife for all my meals my sister and brother replace 1 or 2 meals with the shake and they lost more weight than I did being strict. Also at least that way you…
  • I usually try weigh my self weekly, but fail and just end up getting on the scale before the week is over, I think I'm going to stick with Daily or at least 3-5 times a week, because I feel better knowing how much I weigh each day. I don't really obsess but I feel like it keeps me on track, whether I lose any thing or gain…
  • I'm sushi Lover too I can eat it everyday, but some of them have a lot of calories surprisingly. Anyway Pinterest in my go to any recipe spot http://www.southernmomloves.com/2015/01/make-sushi-at-home-recipes-tips.html http://gringalicious.com/smoked-salmon-philadelphia-roll-sushi/
  • I was just about to ask this, sometimes I weigh my meat raw sometimes I weigh it after I cook it, I just found this and was wondering if other people would agree with him it seems logical http://www.ontheregimen.com/2013/08/28/how-to-weigh-meat-cooked-or-raw/ But what about grains like Rice, Quinoa, or oat meal? Or even…
  • I've been doing HIIT workouts videos that are about 20-30 minutes, and I do about 15 minutes of strength training with a 5 pound weight, that's all I have right know. As for food I generally eat veggies, mostly salads or stewed veggies, what ever meat I eat is usually about 4oz I stay away from most carbs like pasta, rice,…
  • Yeah I checked my BMI and it does say I'm just at the border of normal weight, but I'm not where I want to be, I still want to lose about 25-30 Lbs. I use to do Pilates when I had more weight on me, but I stopped after a while for no real reason, I do really want to tone up which is why I started strength training, but…
  • I'm so weak I can't even do one push up, but I going to try doing the planks, anyways I've bugged you long enough thanks for all the advice.
  • I've been doing this or something from fitnessblender and it was working fine at first. So what if I did 2 videos like this, would that be better? or do I need to find something more intense? Also is resistance bands and using your body weight good enough for strength training? Sorry for asking so many questions
  • Thanks! I don't really feel like I have it figured out, I understand a lot more than when I started but I feel like things are always changing, also I have add weight lifting to my routine and I do enjoy it, maybe focusing on that will help thanks
  • That's what I heard as well, also when I first started it when I was 160, I loss weight only doing it for 15 Minutes a day because I was so busy so I thought it was working.
