I've done 16 halfs and 4 fulls. And this whole thing sounds super troll-ey.

I thought I was the only one!!!

Frankly, I don't know why you wouldn't eat exercise calories. Like North said, your body needs the fuel!

Peanut butter sandwiches and gatorade seem to work well for me. I've experimented with other things that didn't work so well and had some GI issues. :#

PF member here. I like it fine. Plenty of equipment that suits my needs. Open 24 hours. Nobody bothers me.

What do you mean when you say your body hates it?

I have butt- length hair that I tie in a bun. When it was too long to stay out of my eyes, but too short to tie back, I'd wear a visor or ball cap.

I run, half marathons mostly, and I do 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise 2-3 days per week. I really focus on good form, rather than the amount of weight. It has improved my running tremendously, and when I eventually lose the layer of fat covering them, my muscles will be lean and a bit cut.

This. You may need insoles. I have very high arches and insoles fixed my soreness. Pain, though, could signal a bigger problem.

I run. Always have. But I also weight train 2-3 day per week and LOVE leg presses.

It depends on a lot! What exercises, you're doing, amount of time, your current weight, gender, etc. My hubby and I workout together, and he'll easily double my calorie burn.

:o As others have said, slow down and use your rest days. They are absolutely as important as your workout days to get stronger and prevent injury. You are being too hard on yourself. Fitness will be built brick by brick over time.

Lots of great advice here! I would also highly recommend a foam roller. A PT or even a local running shop can help you with different moves to keep you loose!
