Eat. More. Food

They never really fully go away. I still got mine too. Keep very hydrated and put coconut oil then.

For good definition start your day off with 100 sit ups/100 crunches, 100 push ups and and 100 free squats (no weight). If anything this will be a good workout to start you off as you progress into Plyometric (which is freaking amazing for definition and overall strength). Light weights at high reps do great too. Cardio,…

It's a trial and error process to find that calorie intake. Everybody is different and it also depends on your natural metabolic rate which only you really know best. Try lower and gradually add 50 calories every week.

I get off at 2am and lift until 330ish. It's hard but worth it
-
I doubt it. It's an immune deficient illness from what I've read

Drink lots of water, cardio first thing in the morning before eating, try to incorporate some resistance training because any amount of muscle (not bulky necessarily) will naturally eat away fat. Not eating carbs all together will slow your metabolism down and you definitely won't want that. When it comes to eating, eat a…

I assume you do too much cardio while lifting is secondary. Switch it around, lifting and gaining muscle will burn off fat naturally the more muscle you gain.

Lift, eat, sleep, repeat. Literally. If you want mass you need food. Mainly protein, fats and carbs. You will need to eat slightly more than what you workout then have 1 cardio day followed by a card blowout before you restart your week. There's a lot of good posts here to get I to further detail. Feel free to add me, my…

To be honest, when I see heavier people running, I go up and fist bump them, high five what have you. I think everybody feels the way you do so let that be known that you're not alone. You have to start somewhere and the best place to start is when you're at your worst. That way there's nowhere to go but up. Screw the…

Kill some cardio and drink a lot of water in the morning to Jumpstart that metabolism. Also, if you're into it, try weight training. It's never too late to start. The more muscle you have the more fat you'll naturally burn off.

After losing a child I firmly believe you can accomplish anything. The fact you're still trying to get motivated is the first step in actually getting motivated.

This is one of the most active forums in all the apps I've downloaded. It sounds like you need to cut back on the sugar and go for actual carbohydrates like brown rice, broccoli and bananas. Those will give you energy. Don't get discouraged! It'll take time but it's undeniably worth it once you see the smallest results.…

I have a wife and 5 kids and I'll be honest: it's not easy. But it is definitely, undeniably worth it. I was at 220lbs, drinking too much and eating. Go look at my pics on my success story and you'll see the transformation. Don't expect overnight miracles. If you keep a picture diary with small goals and actually stick to…

If you're going for straight definition and weight loss than you're on the right path.
-
Keep a weekly or even daily picture diary with small goals. You will see progress, it takes time, dont expect any overnight miracles. The best part in my opinion is the work involved. I was on meth for 3 years, got off, started an alcohol addiction and now I'm off that too. It's achievable to reach your dreams and goals.…

Eaaaaaaaaaaat bro! It's hard at first but over time you will notice that you actually get hungrier. With your job being so active, mine is as well, don't hesitate on eating because you'll burn most of it off anyway and you need to eat to get big.
-
No idea what that means

I work 60 hour weeks and have 5 kids so I have the same issue. I started to lift after work from 2am to 315am. Mondays were upper body, Tuesday lower body, Wednesday rest with cardio, Thursday upper body, Friday lower body, Saturday rest and Sunday depending if I work or not I'll do heavy cardio with a good carb load up…

Eat, eat and eat. But only if you're lifting the necessary weight. Weight to calorie intake ratio is everything when gaining pounds, otherwise it'll just turn into fat. If you are lifting make sure to be getting lots of protein and carbs. Chicken, brown rice and broccoli are great for this.
-
Eat, eat and eat man. I'm literally right there in the same boat with you. Also, try calisthenics first before really doing any weighted exercises. Hypertrophy is more based on volume rather than weight if I'm not mistaken. But you do need it to lift heavy so push ups and free squats are a great way to prepare yourself for…

Eat more bro.
-
Eat a lot of sweet potatoes, chicken, steak, broccoli and rice. Do squats, deadlifts and Bench press. Those are compound exercises and work the entire body.
-
LOL thanks Melody ;)
-
Nicely put bro
-
That's true too. It's a hard balancing act.
-
You've got a good frame to work with. If you're just going for more mass I recommend compound workouts with around 3,000 calories a day. Eat steak, chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoes and bread. Do squats, deadlifts and your flat Bench press. Those 3 workouts target nearly every muscle.

With my metabolic rate, the weight I can already lift, my caloric intake of 3,600 calories and minimal cardio I don't see 200 being out of the realm of possibilities. I've always been the skinny kid and so far I'm doing pretty well of beating that stigma.
