hey been weight training for the last 6 months and finally starting to put some effort into my diet, im a concretor by day so expend a lot of energy and train 4-6 days a week after work ...
ive been pretty lazy with my diet skipping meals and just generally not eating enough
looking for everyday posters to keep me motivated and open for advice

    Eaaaaaaaaaaat bro! It's hard at first but over time you will notice that you actually get hungrier. With your job being so active, mine is as well, don't hesitate on eating because you'll burn most of it off anyway and you need to eat to get big.

    You can also try calorie dense foods if volume is the issue.

    A piece of toast with a nice amount of peanut butter and a glass of milk will net you a good amount of calories for not a lot of food. It is also easy to prepare for your lazy moments.

    Happy to support man. I'm getting into the eating big side of things as I realised to my horror how little I was consuming vs what I thought I was. I agree with the comment above about calorie dense food versus volume. I hate large meals (just had one and I'm dying mate!) but I do like snacks and meals which seem light but pack in quite a lot calorie wise... nuts, bagels with cream cheese, standard protein shakes (weight gainers obviously much higher in calories but can bloat people out)

    Ultimately it also depends on your goals and how fast you want to reach them. Wish you luck though
