I use a peanut butter that is made with coconut oil too, its by Earth Balance and its amazing!

I love the way I look after losing 70 lbs, but I find that I'm 1000% more critical of my appearance now than I was before.

There's a lot of cardio and body weight exercises in my new routines so I'm going to give it a few weeks and see how measurements vs weight goes. Luckily pregnant is not a possibility for me.

Yes I just got my first food scale a few weeks ago and weigh everything and measure all of my liquids as well though I generally don't drink calories and I use the recipe builder for everything I make at home. I'm loving the new workouts I'm actually tired after them and feel like I'm getting stronger!

I started on Herbalife and had no luck with it, I was always ravenously hungry and dizzy feeling. I was replacing only lunch, I quit that and started following a CICO diet and dropped 60lbs over a year and a half with next to no exercise until I plateaued 3/4 of the way through.
