I'm back to KETO after experimenting with my diet. Keto/low carb. I started keto last May and successfully lost and KEPT off 55+ pounds. I'll be back to normal after this holiday weekend, so add me if you want!

I've been going on Pinterest lately and searching at home HIIT workouts. I have incorporated those along with the Bikini Body Guide (by Kayla Itsines, I've been doing it since January). I try to be active at least 6x a week. Slowly trying to incorporate lifting now that I have met my overall weight loss goal.

Maybe I should have said that while the town I live in is quite large, it's predominately the older generation who have lived here for before it was even incorporated. It's probably a more mental thing and it is why I stick to mostly home cooking.

I was a size 16 (236 lbs) in 2013, size 14 (200 lbs) majority of 2015 but I did get to size 12 near the end, then a size 10 (185lbs) in 2016. I am a size 8 (154lbs) now and they're baggy but I refuse to buy any new clothes until I'm done losing.

I love seeing people turn to Keto! I have been eating this way since May of 2016 and have lost 44 pounds since. I use a lower carb protein powder for shakes and of course, chicken and eggs. Avocado has 10g of fiber, spinach, brocolli.
