I work out fasted, but I do 14:10 (moving to 16:8 next week) daily so I still take in all my cals every day. You just have to find what works for you.

So, like paleo? I don't do gluten (end up with poops when I do) so my diet is essentially like you described. It's great to eat healthy food, but when it comes to weight loss it's all about the calories.
-
I eat fruit, sweet and regular potatoes, and rice. I don't really find that I need a whole lot of carbs, though.

I'm 5'6" 127 lbs and my tdee is 2250, but I work for that! I lift, run, do Crossfit, and walk, walk, walk! Yesterday my tdee was around 2700 because I took 24000 steps (including running 7 miles). I think my tdee without all that is around 1700. Blah.

Yup, I walk at lunch every day with a 12k step goal. I lift, run, and do Crossfit, but sometimes it's still a struggle to hit. I did a 7mi run yesterday in addition to a bunch of walking and managed 24k, though.

Yup--first time I ended up in the ER because it was so painful. I thought it was my appendix!
-
I have cysts too. It's completely normal and I don't have PCOS.
-
So do I, but being at a desk for 8 hours a day still isn't healthy.
-
I do all of these things also. In addition, I take a 30 min walk at lunch every day, even in snow, reason, wind, or a heatwave.
-
Not really. I've always done a pretty good mix of lifting and running. I've had times of more running less lifting, less running more lifting, and an even split (like now) but it's never seemed to affect my period before.
-
After I had my son seven years ago I became extremely regular. I've been lifting for 4 years now and never skipped a period until two months ago. Too early to know if that's a pattern that will continue. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if it never came back.
-
Then, for now, those workouts would be great.
-
That's so great! You finished the whole thing, which not everyone can say. Congratulations!

Don't eat breakfast? I don't get hungry until after I've eaten something so I'm trying to push off my first meal as long as possible. That said, I also hate eggs in all forms, though some are slightly more palatable than others. I've been making overnight oatmeal with oats, unsweetened almond milk, almond butter, and a…

I just looked at them and they're actually decent bodyweight workouts. What are your goals?
-
I wear compression sleeves on my shins to help with that as well.

35yo 127 lb female, 1RM is 115 lbs, but I don't train bench specifically as I'm more concerned with being awesome at OCRs.
-
I had a c-section 7 years ago and you can't tell. Might be genetics, but I lift, run, do yoga, etc.
-
Ah, thank you for that (no citation needed, I'll take your word for it). I just can't drink plain water that early in the morning LOL
-
Interesting. I believe what I've read by Lyle McDonald mentions the use of BCAAs during IF. Regards, essentially what I want to do is not make myself hungrier than I need to before I'm ready to start eating.

I am a size 2/26 and have the same issue. I wear Gap curvy fit. Going to look into the Levis for more options, though!
-
I usually make a big pot of chili or something like that on Sundays and divvy it up for the week. During the week I just grab and go.
-
When I was marathon training on the summer I woke up at 3:30 a.m. to run and had to use a headlamp. You should be fine at 6. I prefer to run fasted, but that's a totally personal decision.
-
I don't know much about it except that it's a group-based circuit training workout. I think it's kinda pricey, but so is everything these days pretty much. If you're interested, check to see if you can take a free class. Whatever gets you motivated is worth it.
-
I never thought to do it this way, always just did the number of servings in grams, but now I'm inspired!
-
Don't ever do the Whole 30 while training for a marathon. #lifeexperience

For premade drinks I like Core Power because the ingredients are simple. When I'm being cheap, I get the 5lb bag of EAS in chocolate from BJs's. When I want to splurge, I order online from truenutririon.com.
-
Absolutely not. Crossfit is completely scalable, which is why there are coaches who will work with you. Go to a free class and try it out. Talk to the coaches there.

Spotify, 5th song, "Vice Grip" by Parkway Drive, one of the songs Pandora refused to play for me!!!

I just downloaded spotify. So far so good.
