I think you just should just stay within your calories. Eat good carbs...found in fruits, veggies, and whole grains ..stay away from junk food sweets, sodas. And have the occasional treat! We have to find something that's not a quick fix...something that we can stick to. That's what I'm going to do!!!

Just joined yesterday!! Don't know a lot about the app, but I'm hoping that it will help me!! I'm 41 and I want to lose 40 pounds. I lost weight with Weight Watchers and kept it off for six years, but over the past five years, I've gained some of it back. I'm ready to get serious and lose this weight.
