I am searching for an eating plan that has some guidelines but does not eliminate everything carb. Help... feel frustrated.

I think you just should just stay within your calories. Eat good carbs...found in fruits, veggies, and whole grains ..stay away from junk food sweets, sodas. And have the occasional treat! We have to find something that's not a quick fix...something that we can stick to. That's what I'm going to do!!!2

What results do you want?
Specifically, what do you want to look/feel like in a month's time, 2 month's time, etc.
What health goals do you have, ie, reduced body fat, improved blood test results, better sleep and mood, etc.
It's important to know WHAT you are trying to do.
If you have motivation, then you won't mind putting in some effort and overcoming some inconveniences to change your body.
I'm 48, and have found that "eating whatever I want as long as it fits in my calories" DOES NOT work for me. So.......
This is what I did
