I need to loose 5 lbs more but I keep getting weak moments where I end up eating more than my assigned calories but I start afresh next day. Welcome and feel free to add me as your friend if you like! It is best if you can stop eating fast food or eat it on one of days on weekend as a cheat meal but in moderation! I am 5'8" and currently at 157 lbs and my goal weight is 150 lbs. I have a big frame and I don't think so I can weigh lower than 150 lbs. My struggle is to loose fat around waist and love handles are not so lovely :|
