So you don't eat after work? If you start fasting at 8pm, I'm guessing there would be about 6 hours of fasting before you go to sleep. That sounds pretty tough, I'd definitely be going to bed hungry at that point.

I pre-register a late snack and then try to hold it off as long as I can. :) Feels nice knowing that I still have something coming, instead of having to choose between cheating or going to bed hungry.
