I genuinely have no idea what is going on honestly. I just know it’s very painful and just miserable daily for me. I am not diabetic though. We know that for sure. I will get test results on GES on Tuesday.

It’s only been 3 weeks on it. I really thought that all it was, was reflux maybe GERD. So they started me at 20mg then 40mg then endoscopy and today was gastric emptying scan. I hate eggs so that test was brutal.

Right now I eat a lot of oatmeal, apple juice and gluten free whole grain bread with peanut butter. It’s almost all I can tolerate. I miss so many types of food. Doc says unfortunately it’s a lot of trial and error. Told me to make a food diary.

My mom and sister have both had their gallbladder removed. Both my parents have had polyps removed from colon. My dad has cancer but it’s in prostate in remission. I get the worst pain on the left side of lower abdomen. That’s where it is 80 percent of the time. Bit of nausea occasionally but mainly it’s lower left wrapped…

Right side pain is only occasionally and usually due to constipation. The left side pain is pretty constant. I did tell him about the constipation which I am on the miralax now. The digestive issues are getting so frustrating. I just successfully ate a turkey sandwich on gluten free whole grain bread so that’s something I…

Truthfully I don’t have an actual diagnosis as of yet that is why they are doing more tests the last endoscopy was done well over a year ago, and it’s my fault because the soon as I started feeling a little better I just started eating whatever I want it again. All day today it’s been a pain in my side, my lower left…

I wish I could do Keto, but I am prone to kidney stones. I’ve had 3 this year alone. The high oxalate list is ridiculous. I can’t eat spinach at all. Like ever. Hoping that the meds and diet change help. I’m also allergic to avocados. I break out in hives. I will try some of your food suggestions though. Thanks for…

What is an RD? Does your doctor know you are eating so little? Can you get a referral to a RD?[/quote]

Yes he does. That’s why the tests are scheduled so soon. Last night though the pain was much that I ended up taking tums on top of 40 mg of Prilosec I had before dinner. It seemed to help short term anyway, I just ate a banana and some natural peanut butter. Here’s hoping it won’t hurt me.
-
Doc said the Prilosec is help with the GERD discomfort and so I can digest more foods without pain. The Miralax is due to constipation problems. Oh and the weight loss is because the weight (a lot of belly fat is too heavy on my gut.

I should mention that I only weigh 158 lbs currently. I’m 5’7. Last night was horrible. I ate dairy free frozen yogurt and hours later I was in excruciating pain. I worry that I am not eating enough. My body burns much more than I am eating. Oh also I have only been on Prilosec since last week.

For me it's seasonal depression. I do see both a psychologist and psychiatrist. My primary diagnosis is panic disorder with agoraphobia. My panic attacks have not increased and I am on meds. I'm not handling my set backs with exposure therapy very well. I feel very defeated and angry.

You folks are awesome!! I've been having a really tough week. Here it is Saturday afternoon and I am back in bed. I got up to eat breakfast and had a panic attack. I bought a nutra bullet pro earlier this week and I still haven't opened it. My depression is really kicking my *kitten* today.
