3.75lb loss this week, 29.25 lb total loss in the 11 weeks since 12/30/16. Thirty pound milestone this week? Hope so! I think I've sorted things out and I'm back on track. The last two weeks of fluctuations I think were due more to behavioral than metabolic problems. I was letting too many sugary and simple carbs work…

I find that when I am really, really tired at the end of the day I crave sugary sweets, I suppose to keep moving. Would be better to just get ready for bed when I'm that tired.

You about have me convinced to modify my workout routine. I've been getting in 30 min on the elliptical every chance I get, I think I may start alternating days of elliptical with bodyweight exercises.

I read somewhere that the body is either in an anabolic or catabolic state. It's not possible for one tissue to be anabolic (like muscle) at the same time another is catabolic (like fat)....at least the body strenuously resists that sort of short-lived dual state.
