Hi everyone, struggling with a plateau. Still 208 at the end of April.
-
Welcome!!! Wow you've made great progress already!
-
Wonderful work, nice to know someone can knock down big numbers after already losing so much!
-
Well if that's not a "non scale victory " I don't know what is. Congrats!!
-
I love breaking up the day with activity!!! Makes the fast days easier.
-
Good info, keep it coming @amflautist and @arguablysamson !!
-
Great work here!

I think walks are a major thing. Fresh air, sunshine, circulation. The body is made to move. Compared to everything else I do, walking is a cornerstone

Welcome aboard!

What brand of ACV are you using?
-
Maybe try with a tsp of honey as well. I sip ACV/honey/grape juice throughout the meal, and I've come to like it
-
Amen to all of the above!!! Flip the "what it really looks like" line over and that's pretty much my weight loss chart ;)
-
Wonderful results!!! Be kind to your knees, one of mine keeps nagging me about whatever it is I happen to be doing.

Welcome aboard @Piranascuisine Susie!!! I advise to keep it simple. Be patient at the beginning, the first 3-5 days are rough, no doubt. Gets much better after that. Don't forget to supplement with apple cider vinegar, ACV. I would start with the info here: How to Eat OMAD Also, at the beginning many of us end up…

111 lbs is amazing!!! I can't imagine how much better it feels not to carry that all the time. And only 26 weeks, phenomenal!
-
I haven't noticed any. I dilute 2 tbs of ACV in a cup of grape juice, with a tsp of local raw honey.

Let us know! I'm taking ACV "with the mother" as advised, but I wonder how much that really matters over any regular ACV . . . is it the acetic acid that does the trick, or all the extra goodies that make it cloudy? I'm thinking the former, but don't really want to waste some time finding out, so I'm using Braggs or…

Welcome aboard @Hollygma!!! Four lbs in six days is a wonderful start. You and I are the same age, and I feel like you do, sick of counting calories, love the simplicity and control of OMAD. Start your own discussion thread, everyone here will be interested in your progress.

0.25 lb lost since last week, 30 lbs lost total since 12/30/16 with OMAD. Maybe I've found a way to break through my plateau from late March, but the proof will be in the pudding. We'll see what happens next week then I'll discuss it. Suffice to say that I'm going back to basics like when I started 3 months ago. Apart from…

Welcome aboard @boldnewme!!! Tanya, I've found that OMAD isn't a "program" that you have to endure for a certain period of time, but a change in lifestyle that you can keep up for as long as you want. I hope it works the same for you. No more yo-yo's. I'm 10 years older than you, so I don't have time to put up with yo-yo's…

Still doing well?

Ditto here, everything ok?

Still doing well?

How are you doing?

5'9", so I think my 210 doesn't wear as well as yours ;)
-
That's what I get from my chart ;)

Glad it was a good day!
