The holidays are officially out of the way, and starting OMAD on my last day off, Jan 2. It's morning, and sipping on black coffee. Not much to this post, just figuring out how to start a discussion thread.

Do you supplement?
Here's mine: one multi, one enzyme, one probiotic, three fish oils, and two cinnamons. And of course two tablespoons of ACV every day.

The end of frantic, ravenous hunger pangs?
Hi, I'm one week in OMAD and the first week has been a great! One enormously interesting thing I've experienced is the major reduction of hunger pangs. I feel empty during the day, but not particularly hungry. Certainly not ravenous. This especially applies after the third day or so. Previously hunger pangs ruled my day.…
