Got all 3 pounds off, back to 208.5 this morning (my previous low weight), now to resume the weight loss again. Man, this OMAD is powerful stuff. Nothing I have ever tried has worked this effectively, and this comfortably.

it's funny what being tired can do to us . . . when I'm tuned into my body, I notice that I want sweet stuff just to combat the tired feeling. . . . . and when I'm not tuned in . . . . well, it's ugly. I don't want to talk about it. ;)

I think I would listen to your body. Definitely not for me, I couldn't do Atkins comfortably. But I know of others who thrive on this sort of thing.

Try 2 tbs ACV in fruit juice (I like grape), with 1tsp honey. ACV has a lot of weight loss benefits.

Ugh, back up to 211.5 after several days of car travel, plane travel, and restaurants -- that's a three pound gain. Looking forward to being back in the saddle with OMAD!! It's amazing how big I feel at a weight I would have been thrilled to weigh just a couple months ago.
