Oh, don't worry, you'll pick up the combos very quickly...and then you'll work a sweat (and it's awesome!)

Haha  indeed, I don't think I'll look like the Hulk anytime soon, even if I lift heavy, and that's a good thing! But I find that a good muscle structure definitely is a must for a woman. It's easier to take the blows. It's also less hard on the body when I throw punches. Yes, I see which stretching exercise you…

How I envy you! After 10 years you really get to enjoy all the technical part of boxing, and BJJ looks great fun. Do you give lessons or do competition? Cycling is a good idea. I run, but I'm a bit concerned about my knees and back, which are already under stress with all the kicking (but the weight lifting should…

Hey there, I'm 35 and lost 7kg (quite close to 15lbs) 5 years ago. Then I became addicted to sport and I've maintained my weight ever since. I've also completely changed my eating habits, outlook on life...it's a huge body and soul journey. I thought people were exaggerating when they were saying that, but it's so true…

Similar story here: I'm a girl and I started off with krav maga and Freeletics, which gave me strength, but little definition, even though I'm quite skinny. I started a bodybuilding program a month ago, and it's slowly paying off. It all depends what you're after, I guess.

My goal is to learn to eat better so I make more muscle :) Mostly in the upper body... I'd like to kill 50 pushups without a blink by the end of the year!
