Good point! Right now all I'm looking at is 70 plus percentage fat and 5 percent or less net carbs. As long as it's isn't broke I would mess with it :)

Sounds like you definately know what works well for you!!! I'm sure I will have to change and tweak as I lose a bit. I'm very ok with slow loss as long as I'm not hungry.

Mine didnt look pretty! I'm not a fan of chicken breast at all but my husband loves it. I chopped up a chcken breast and poured melted butter over it. I still didnt care for it much so I added spicy ranch and stirred it all up. It was really good!

Ive noticed am a lot hungrier in the fall/ winter and the time change is always a big adjustment. I was just looking out the window at the snow and dead vegetation. Canadjineh now that I'm not on a phone I can see your profle clearly and that it is not private. The difference on mobile and the computer is huge. So I see what you mean. In all honesty for now I'm good with the amount of info on my profile until I get to know people/things a bit better. It was a big step already :smiley:

Thanks for your reply Maureen! I am shooting for macro percentages at this point. At least 70 percent fat minimum and 5 percent carbs ( net carbs) and protein to round it out. So primarily low carb high fat moderate protein. I'm not sure if that puts me closer to keto or not to be honest. I dont really look at the calorie…

I always ask and ask again. Even a few that dont look breaded have a very light coating. Im allergic to wheat so I am paranoid.
