Yep! It varies with us...I have a few classes that I enjoy going to, so he will usually do cardio when I'm in my classes, other than that we like to plan our workouts together. We have started working on HIIT at home together...we have an old tractor tire we are using for a few circuit workouts!

I do lower carb as well, and I still eat rice, cereals, sometimes even pasta. I cut the portions in half and that usually helps. I eat lean proteins that I love (like grilled shrimp) and lots of veggies and allow for a little room left on my plate for carbs.

Teenagers...I live in a small town so a lot of teens spend time at Walmart just walking around and messing with other people doing their shopping. This last weekend when I went there was a group of boys who followed me around the entire store narrating what I was doing...I wasn't in the mood.

^^^ This...I LOVE our local Aldi...we also have a great IGA. I generally go to IGA for meat bc the quality is great and they generally have great specials. This week I stocked my freezer with 2 weeks worth of meat for the price I would generally pay for half that time at Walmart.
