I allow all foods in moderation. The only one I've completely, 100%, cut out is Flamin' Hot Cheetos because there is no moderation with them.

Benny and Jerry's ice cream. Especially the Cookie dough one. Once I open it, there's no way to stop before completely destroying it.0

Tortilla chips...and I work for a Mexican restaurant. Sooooo hard to avoid! BUT the biggie for me is premium ice cream. Any brand, any flavor-I don't stop until my face is frozen!0

plain old fashioned soda cracker. Oh, with butter on them. Oh and peanut butter. Oh screw the crackers just give me a spoon and the peanut butter. OK, that's wrong so I'll spread the peanut butter on the crackers again. Then my mouth gets all peanut buttery stuck together so I'll need some butter on crackers to compensate.
Soda crackers with butter AND Marmite are the bomb0 -
Oh - I forgot about homemade khaman dhokla - I could eat 3 lbs. in a sitting.0

Wine. Nothing like the drunk munchies to wipe out a week's deficit.1

Oreos. I really just shouldn't have them in the house, because if I see them, I'm going to convince myself to just have one or two, and if I eat one or two, I'm eating 20. I don't know what happens to me.
There are a few other things that I struggle to enjoy in moderation, but I can usually handle it, or I can pass them up completely. I could gorge myself on peanut butter and graham crackers, but I can also overlook the jar of peanut butter and the box of graham crackers in the cabinet. Cheetos? Once I open the bag, it's on like donkey kong, but there's an unopened bag in my cabinet right now, and it's been there a while, and we're cool.
But no can do with oreos. My husband sometimes buys oreos and hides them from me (per my request) but now that I know his hiding place, THAT doesn't even work. I'll just go find them.
