I believe it needs to be a minimum of 2 weeks to be diagnosed with depression.

Only a doctor could tell you if it is depression but I do highly recommend seeing one. I spent the majority of 2016 with depression so if it is depression, you need to speak to your GP. I know it's not the most pleasant of conversations to have but they can help.

Its also worth remembering that the scales can lie to you by making you heavier through such things as water weight and if you've been to the toilet or not, but it can't lie to you about being lighter.

Try preparing your dinner the night before so that when you get in you can just heat it up and start eating. I'm sure once you've had a nice filling meal it will be a lot easier to ignore the junk food in the house.

I started losing weight when it was getting to be a struggle to get into my last pair of trousers that would fit me. So I guess all of my trousers haha.

The best way I find to keep motivated is to just look at how far you've come. To begin with its a matter of seeing that the number on the scales is going down. Then you start to see that your clothes fit you better again and that the trousers that you couldnt button up before are coming closer and closer together. And its…
