I actually just fixed mine because I my steps being tracked with my phone which I never have lol So I changed it but I did it on a computer, I couldn't figure it out through the app

Id start off higher rep though to start regaining Y'alls endurance 5X5 could be after learning some good form! And working on gaining muscle in 20 minutes is going to be difficult.

good form takes much time to develop! Im not the biggest fan of machines but that I would think would be the safest route without having someone there who can watch your form to prevent injury.

you're gonna have to gain some weight! But it shouldn't be to much, weight shouldn't be a focus when lifting weights though! Appearance is what it is when it comes to lifting
