Hey! I’m now at maintenance as you know and soon to have surgery for the exact same thing! I’m also wondering how it will work and how I will change! Stay strong Hun, increase slowly don’t over do it and you’ll get there x

Keep doing what your doing and in time your body will adjust xx it takes time. I’ve today hit my target and now got to learn maintenance! Bit scary if I’m honest but I know I can do it!! Stay strong x

Being able to run 30 minutes straight no stopping and feeling like I can actually do more! And no aches or pains anymore

Thanks for the advise everyone. I stayed the same this week when I weighed which is good but at 1200 per day so I’m guessing my body is either getting ready to maintain and or I’ve not ate enough to actually lose anything cause of my exercise and not eating the cals back after exercise

I’m 5ft5inches and down from 17 stone to 10.3st. I love to walk and am trying to jog, after four kids running is kept to a minimum distance. I currently have no health issues other than gallstones to which I’m waiting to have my gallbladder out. I intend to keep up with the walking and jogging and need to start up some…

I have had a couple comments recently about my weight and people asking me when am I going to stop, saying I’ve lost enough and need to stop. But the people that have said it to me are ones that have started diets and given up within a couple weeks and piled it on again and then some, so I’m guessing these couple of people…

If I eat too many starchy foods I bloat and get tummy ache plus too much caffeine makes me leak more when I jog. I think pasta and potatoes causes the bloat more than rice and bread. I think I've sorted it answered my own question but do appreciate any input xxx

Thanks for all your comments! I don't know whether to be frightened iof maintained or excited lol! I've had a blip this week ! Gained 3.6lbs?! Maintained my exercise and daily intake but also had tooth ache for a week and was on painkillers which I think caused problems and may be the reason for the gain?

Thanks for your comments! It will just be trial and error I think? Take each week as it comes and adjust accordingly! I'm feeling abit nervous about it if I'm honest ?!

Awesome! Well done it's so hard not to pig out and binge and well done u for only going over once! I always do 1200 cals Saturday through to Thursday and Friday I have a binge day! So far it's worked 95lbs down! Good luck x

Only 10lbs in the last three months, I've lost 95lbs in the last 17 months and hit my original target in march of losing 6stone and then I set a second target to lose another stone! I'm limited to what I can do exercise wise so really enjoy walking. Today I done another 9 and squeezed 10 minutes jogging into my walking. So embarrassed having a bladder problem so can't jog/run for long x xxx

I have tried to run but bladder issues get in my way! So do short runs normally 1.5 miles normally which is around 15 minutes. My legs don't ache like they used to and my breathing is fine just got to keep at the pelvic floor exercises and get stronger

Awesome!!! You have done so well! I too like looking back at old photos but unfortunately there's not many as I was always to shy of the camera! So only really got the one photo to compare back too! Keep up the good work !
