  • completed my first round for round 22 and was very happy with my progress. My SW for Round 21 was 121.8 and EW was 119.6. My goal for this round is to get to 118.5. This would bring me to 30 lbs down from my highest. 11/9: 120.4- Up from yesterday but still trending down overall. I'm okay with starting here. 11/10: 120.6-…
  • I quit drinking coffee a few years ago under the advisement of my doctor as I was struggling with stomach issues. It was really hard and it never really got easy. I felt like a drug addict craving caffeine. I went back to it after about 2 months when my stomach had healed.

  • @cmmp73 challenge goal weight is the weight that you want to be at the end of these 10 days. So my total goal may be to lose 20 lbs, but my challenge goal could be to lose 2 lbs.

  • would like to join this challenge for some extra accountability. I've found myself much more lax with my food lately because I'm pretty close to my goal weight. My SW was 148, current weight is 121.6 and goal weight is 117ish (I'm 5'1). I'm starting a few days late but better than waiting for another 7 days to get going…

  • I ate half a donut :/ I forgot to factor in Daylight savings time and a meeting after church into my food plans. The donut was my only option before 1:30 pm (which would have felt like 2:30). I couldn't make it.

  • I completed my first 5K in 47 minutes- an accomplishment as 6 months ago I could barely run 3 minutes in a row. I ended up running 83% of the distance.
  • I did it!!! I ran for 20 minutes straight!
  • I need a new mini goal to help motivate me. I'm at about 127 now and would like to get below 125 by the end of September. I'd like to also go at least 4 days without eating out too
  • I went shopping yesterday and was able to be pickier than normal since I didn't want to settle for clothes that didn't look great. I found a lot of clothes and was happy with how I looke in them (and most of them were a size small!) I bought a dress that was a little too tight but I'm confident that I will fit into it soon.
  • I had my first person ask me about my weight loss without me mentioning anything about trying to lose weight. And then a day later, I had my second person! I am about 20 lbs down from my start weight and 10 lbs away from goal.
  • I weigh myself everyday and take pictures every other day so I can look back and see changes. I also use my gym workouts to track my progress (how long I can run, how much I can lift, etc).
  • I just got my first compliment for my weight loss from someone that didn't know that I was trying to lose weight
  • Oh and my next goal is to get down to conquer C25k W5D3- the dreaded 20 minute run. I was so scared of it but not anymore!
  • I've been thinking about this since posting. Tonight I was supposed to do C25k W5D2- 8 minute runs. When I was about to finish my first 8 minute run, I thought "what if I went on to 13.5 minutes (1 mile)?" And then I just did it!! I fist pumped and almost cried
  • My mini goal is to be able to run for a mile straight. I haven't been able to do it since freshman year of high school. I'm up to about 8 mins of jogging, but I need to increase to about 14 minutes at the pace that I run.
  • I've got many NSVs because I forced myself to wait until I finished reading the whole thread until I posted, but I'm most proud of my last doctor's appointment. At my last appointment, my doctor was concerned about cholesterol and the way that my weight was just going up. My asthma was not well controlled and my ibs was…
  • I've requested access too, would love to join
