I’m traveling for work for 6 days this round so I plan to be more strict on those days. I'm feeling really good about my new way of eating. The last few months I’ve been following a whole food plant based diet. Not only do I feel great, but my weight has been dropping effortlessly.

    Female, 5'4"
    Starting Weight: 135 lbs
End of Year Goal: 112 lbs
Goal This Round: Average lower than 115.5 lbs & try to see 114

    11/8 - 116 - Coming in from round 21.

11/9 - 116 - Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights this morning. Traveling but brought my scale. 1650 cal.
11/10 - 115 - Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights this morning. Being more strict while traveling paid off. I just ate a lot of salad & fruit the last couple days. 1650 cal.
11/11- 114 - Played 3 sets of tennis this morning. A new low. I can’t believe how easily my body is letting go of this weight. 1500 cal.
    11/12 - 115 - Played 3 sets of tennis this morning.

completed my first round for round 22 and was very happy with my progress. My SW for Round 21 was 121.8 and EW was 119.6. My goal for this round is to get to 118.5. This would bring me to 30 lbs down from my highest.

11/9: 120.4- Up from yesterday but still trending down overall. I'm okay with starting here.
11/10: 120.6- Yesterday I ate really over my calories so I'm surprised that I'm not up more. My husband had surgery yesterday and I ate some cookies waiting for him and then got fast food after. Today was a new day though and while I was not "perfect", I did make some good choices. I did not order Mt Dew at a work lunch today, I avoided the cupcakes at work, and I only ate 2 cheese biscuits at Red Lobster.
11/11: 120.4- Surprised by my TOM today, which makes the last few days make a little bit more sense. But then I completed my first ever 5K! I ran it in 43 minutes and averaged 4.3 mph. 6 months ago when I could barely run for 3 minutes straight, i didn't think this was possible. So good day!
11/12: 121.0- Yuck- I celebrated my 5K accomplishment yesterday with nachos at Taco Bell and then later on got more nachos at a football game, so lots of salt and some bad choices. Today was much better as I didn't eat out at all and have had lots of water. Hoping that I'm down tomorrow

My goodness, the time slipped up on me! I didn't realize that it was the start of round 22 already! Anyway, I ended this round lighter than I started. So without farther ado, it's on to the next goal! I've got plenty more weight I need to discard! To say I lost it indicates it was a mistake, but when I say I discarded it, everyone knows I did it on purpose!

    11/10: 213.5
Got on up this morning and went to exercise. Changing up my routine to include the elliptical. I want to start weight training, but I think that will me one of my targets for the New Year! If I can make it through Thanksgiving and Christmas and still come out no more than 205 lbs., I will consider it a super victory! That's my plan anyway! Got to increase the exercise; that's for sure!

    11/11: 212.7

    11/12: 213.8
Didn't realize I forgot to post my weight yesterday; spent the last hour looking for yesterday's post to copy! Took me a while of going back and forth to realize it just wasn't there! :o I've never done that before. I worked yesterday, and it's been a while since I worked on a Saturday. I will start on my 2 week vacation on the 19th, so I've been trying to make a little extra spending money! B) Will be working more hours next week too, but not on Saturday!

    @rparkerslim:

I did the same thing earlier this week, and I kept going through the posts saying, "I know it's here why did it get deleted?" I finally looked at my post history and realized that I copied and pasted my post in the box that day but, I never clicked the post reply button. :*
