    11/9 252.0 -- up a touch but ate with reckless abandon yesterday and I know some of it is water by how my ring feels. Wedding ring fell off once yesterday but it won’t this morning. Ordered ring guards. Lose weight? Yes. Lose wedding ring? NO!.

    What are ring guards?

    You can buy a ring to wear on the outside of your finger that is smaller than the inside ring. This can have an appearance that enhances the look of the original ring and help keep it from slipping off your finger.

    But I think that the conversation is about adding to the original ring something to effectively make it smaller

    Some people just do this with tape. See making your ring smaller on google.

    I am back for my 15th round! I closed Round 21 at 169.4 lbs! With both of my sons' having birthdays, and Mom being in the hospital nearing the end of her time with us, I hope that I can stick to it when counting calories is honestly the last thing on my mind.

    11/9 169 lbs (-.4) My first born son turned 14 yesterday, and I did not eat any cake at all. I did have a small bit of chocolate ice cream, but I portioned it.
    11/10 168.4 (-.6)
    11/11 167.8 (-.6) Spent the entire day and into the early hours of the morning with Mom. She's taken a drastic turn for the worse. I fear the worst.
    11/12 166 (-1.8) Spent the entire day at the hospital again. The doctors let us know that Mom only has a couple of hours left. :'(
