So it looks like I missed the start, but will go ahead and fill that in. My goal is to reach 10% body fat by year end... actually by 12/30 because that is when my Dexa is scheduled. I'm going to list weight and BF% based on my scale, which is going to fluctuate at times as diet changes. On some days - and I know when those are based on diet - it will be inaccurate.

At first I was unsure how I would feel about recording my weight every day. Turns out, I am actually less affected by the fluctuations than I thought I would be. I learned that results of good (and bad) behavior can take several days to see, and focusing on the averages from round to round is very rewarding!

I completed my first round for round 22 and was very happy with my progress. My SW for Round 21 was 121.8 and EW was 119.6. My goal for this round is to get to 118.5. This would bring me to 30 lbs down from my highest.
11/9: 120.4- Up from yesterday but still trending down overall. I'm okay with starting here.
11/10: 120.6- Yesterday I ate really over my calories so I'm surprised that I'm not up more. My husband had surgery yesterday and I ate some cookies waiting for him and then got fast food after. Today was a new day though and while I was not "perfect", I did make some good choices. I did not order Mt Dew at a work lunch today, I avoided the cupcakes at work, and I only ate 2 cheese biscuits at Red Lobster.4 -

Goals: I've got exercise down but need accountability with my logging and staying close to goal. I want to be within 100 calories of goal every day, or within 300 overall when I look at my weekly average.

11/9 - 195.4 - Going into dinner with 600 calories left so I should be good, although we are doing Tim Hortons so I'll have to resist the urge to buy a treat. (ended the day with +6 calories)
11/10 - 195.2 - I will end around -100 today as I intend to have hot chocolate before bed. Expecting my weight will be up tomorrow morning. Lots of sodium today.

Had a day off for the Veteran's Day holiday, it was nice. Went out to eat but stayed in my calories, bought an outfit for a dinner party that's a few week away, size 14s I tried on were too big. (Wound up getting something size "L" so no big victory size story.) Good on water, got some exercise.

Well, I had a bad week of maintaining goals because of an auto accident. In addition, my pelvic girdle pain is becoming more constant, I’m scaling back almost entirely on walks and starting in the pool this week.

08/11 - 195.8 - nursing sore muscles today - which could be the reason for my raise in weight this morning, hopefully it will drop off again this round! went to bed early tonight (about 8pm ) my pain meds for my back are making me sleepy so I decided to just sleep instead of fighting it .. due to that ---cals in - 1128 & exercise was - 39 mins of strength and 6 mins flex.
09/11 - 194.8 - yay! Happy I seem to be settling around these lower numbers (beats the 197 I was stuck at for 5 rounds)cals in 1651 - Exercise 10 min strength 10 min flex, 50 min walk, 70 min various cardio.
10/11 - 195.2 - still have sore thighs but they are easing off now, I'm hoping the scales will reflect this in the next few dayscals in 1614 (293 were alcohol) - Exercise 48 min strength 20 min flex, 50 min walk

11/9: 157.0 This is the calm before the holiday season storm! I am hopeful for a solid 10 days to keep me focused on my goals leading into the holidays. I feel like I wavered the last 10 and lost some mental momentum. Toying with idea of signing up for a Thanksgiving 5k as the end of my C25K program will be falling right around that day! It's aptly named the "gobble wobble" as I am sure I will be wobbling by the end!
11/10: 154.8 Ummmm I knew I ready for a whoosh but this was a crazy number! I fully expect to rebound some but overall a nice low that is motivating to see. I did sign up for the 5k on Thanksgiving, cue anxiety!!

11/9- 224.9/ Great start. Had a good day yesterday with food and steps. However, I've blown it today with food choices. bad mood + hunger = less resistance to temptation. Not looking forward to the scale tomorrow. 1 step forward, 5 steps back it seems...
11/10- 226.0/ I expected this. Didn't post yesterday because my Internet was in and out.
11/11- 224.5/ Yay! I didn't expect this. I made better choices yesterday than the day before but didn't get my steps in like I wanted. Pretty excited to see this number back today! Gives me more motivation going into a stay at home weekend.

I am also doing weight training twice a week and aiming to lose slow and steady to ensure its fat loss and not muscle loss! Anyway here goes ...

11/9 Went to the gym for an hours GVT session with my PT - my legs and shoulders ache!!
11/10 151.40 - not massively impressed with myself but have to start somewhere...... Good food day planned
11/11 150.00 - WOW! Felt I had a good day yesterday food wise and walked 12,460 on my fitbit and felt i was back on track. Even managed to contain myself at our Brownie camp fire evening and only have a few toasted marshmallows and no full on smores! Under no illusions will carry on losing at this rate but will enjoy the feeling and hopefully it will keep me motivated over the weekend which is always a toughie!
