11/9 172.8 off to a good start. to be truthful I'm not expecting any major moves on the scale, since I had a good loss this past week. but maybe by the end of this round I can see another

11/11 172.4 seems good! I'm feeling a bit dehydrated from booze and popcorn last night . Planning a quick hike down to the river with the kiddos and the dogs today, so gotta drink up the H20!

11/9: 162.1 Got my new bluetooth scale yesterday, so weight will probably adjust. Had a good day yesterday. Managed my portions well and went out in the cold and rain to the gym to do my C25K. Have finished the 5K part, now I am going back a few weeks and upping the speed.
11/10: 163.2 This seems a little more realistic! Yesterday's drop probably due to a weird perimenopausal TOM I was having all week? Maybe the new scale, too? I was really hungry yesterday, and very busy at work. Got my exercise and water in, but didn't track.
11/11: 163.4 Felt good yesterday. Not feeling deprived, and my body feels stronger because of the exercise. I guess if I wanted to lose faster I could severely limit certain foods, but with the holidays coming, my mind and body are not prepared for that. It's all about balance. Which is so hard to achieve sometimes!

I'm in again! Thanks for keeping this going. It's easy to feel we're not progressing or we're slower than everyone else, but seeing the round by round numbers and other people's ups as well as downs is reassuring and inspiring.

Woot! I see my internal fat hoarder has finally decided to let go of some of her treasures. About time! I don't expect it to happen again for a while, but that's okay. This will keep me sticking to the plan for the next 7.2 pounds at least!

Joining again for another round! I’ve fallen off the wagon and I’m hoping this challenge will help me saddle up and stay on track. Went on vacation last week and gained 3lbs, not bad but hoping to get back to 187 by the end of this challenge!

At first I was unsure how I would feel about recording my weight every day.  Turns out, I am actually less affected by the fluctuations than I thought I would be.  I learned that results of good (and bad) behavior can take several days to see, and focusing on the averages from round to round is very rewarding!

I completed my first round for round 22 and was very happy with my progress. My SW for Round 21 was 121.8 and EW was 119.6. My goal for this round is to get to 118.5. This would bring me to 30 lbs down from my highest.

11/9: 120.4- Up from yesterday but still trending down overall. I'm okay with starting here.
11/10: 120.6- Yesterday I ate really over my calories so I'm surprised that I'm not up more. My husband had surgery yesterday and I ate some cookies waiting for him and then got fast food after. Today was a new day though and while I was not "perfect", I did make some good choices. I did not order Mt Dew at a work lunch today, I avoided the cupcakes at work, and I only ate 2 cheese biscuits at Red Lobster.
11/11: 120.4- Surprised by my TOM today, which makes the last few days make a little bit more sense. But then I completed my first ever 5K! I ran it in 43 minutes and averaged 4.3 mph. 6 months ago when I could barely run for 3 minutes straight, i didn't think this was possible. So good day!

Goals: I've got exercise down but need accountability with my logging and staying close to goal. I want to be within 100 calories of goal every day, or within 300 overall when I look at my weekly average.

11/9 - 195.4 - Going into dinner with 600 calories left so I should be good, although we are doing Tim Hortons so I'll have to resist the urge to buy a treat. (ended the day with +6 calories)
11/10 - 195.2 - I will end around -100 today as I intend to have hot chocolate before bed. Expecting my weight will be up tomorrow morning. Lots of sodium today. (-102 end of day)
11/11 - 195.8 - up due to sodium as expected. I'm planning to make cookies tonight as I'm sitting with 400+ calories left. Love long run days.

Disappointed because it's higher than yesterday, but looking at the loss from the beginning of the last round makes me realize I'm still making progress. I get impatient, have to remember this is a slow journey. Didn't feel great today, headachy and tired. Fine day for calories, water.

Had a day off for the Veteran's Day holiday, it was nice. Went out to eat but stayed in my calories, bought an outfit for a dinner party that's a few week away, size 14s I tried on were too big. (Wound up getting something size "L" so no big victory size story.) Good on water, got some exercise.

11/11: 164.0
OK, so this seems to be my current loop. I was on my feet a lot today for a work event. Not too strenuous, just a lot of standing. A perfectly beautiful day to be outside. Ate at my goal calories, lots of veggies, good on protein. I'll get to my water goal by bedtime.
