Get a PT but make sure you tell him /her not to over train you on the first session, be firm, they get excited sometimes. My heart nearly popped out my chest on my first session, it was a bit demoralising. Good luck

It's the same in England, everyone keeping their distance, feels really weird going to the shops for essentials, all pubs and bars are shut, everyone is washing their hands all the time, even cleaning food packaging.

Hi, it'll take time just exercise 4 times a week at least 1 hr is enough, do weights and cardio, I can give you a plan if needed but you'll get results not always weight loss . But the way your clothes fit, it'll take a long time if you do it right, but you will keep it off.

10 mins bike 100 cals 4 mins rower 1000metres 6 mins cross trainer 1 min 70 rpm 1 min 45 rpm (for 6 mins alternating) Then weights bench, etc... 30-40 mins

Tbh unless you are a bodybuilder went so you need supplements or anything special, if it's a morning workout just have a light cereal, evening workout eat a couple of hours before again not too heavy. Make sure u have a little protein after your workout, eggs etc, not protein bars.

You need to exercise or all you are doing is losing muscle mass as well as fat, do weights dumbbells are a good start.

Just make sure you're doing weight training as well, you will need those calories, don't worry too much about the scale, concentrate on how your body is feeling and changing.

You're probably losing to much too quickly, try 1 kg every 2 weeks, take it slower. What weight, height are you now?

That's seems like a hell of a lot of calories per day, I'm 85.7 kg and I'm trying to eat 1520 cals a day and I lost 1 kg in my first week.

Shadow boxing, 30 secs light punches, 30 secs non stop forward punches, 30 secs knockout punches(within reason) repeated once, total 3 mins per round. 90 second rest repeat.. Total 7 rounds or what you can do. Very good workout from home. U will sweat
