Hi, it'll take time just exercise 4 times a week at least 1 hr is enough, do weights and cardio, I can give you a plan if needed but you'll get results not always weight loss . But the way your clothes fit, it'll take a long time if you do it right, but you will keep it off.1

I'm interested in joining the group! I'm just getting back into the swing of things after the holidays (plus a month). I started wanting to lose 105 pounds. I got down 69.5 pounds but have put 17 back on so now I'm sitting at having lost 52.5 and have 52.5 to go.0
