Hi All, I am new and would love some motivating friends to challenge me with eating healthy, walking/steps challenging or I would like to try running!

Check out Groups or Challenges.
Groups are on the menu under the Food tab. You can search for walk or steps. From the Home tab (right above your "Please Help") you can see headings for types of thread types. Look in the Challenges type walking or steps.

You can start your mornings with some yoga to get you in the right mindset and then follow it by a morning walk for 30 minutes. And soon you will find yourself more encouraged and walk more and more. This is what has helped me. Yoga helps start your day off right. I hope this helps. I’ve been looking for motivation for a while and this is so relaxing that my day is just so much better and I feel accomplished after each walk. Have you been logging each meal and snack on this app? It has been helping me with healthier eating and cutting down on how much I eat1

Thank you for the suggestions -I will definitely try to work that in.. I started today on MFP ,so I am preparing to start logging tomorrow!! Walking is one of favorites. So I am starting again! Wish me luck! Please add as a friend and let’s keep motivating each other!
