I use the step tracker on here. I’ve done some research and it usually under tracks apparently, so I used google and iPhone maps to track track the distance. Cheers guys thank you! I’ve set it to very active. After work I go to the gym and lift weights for an hour to. I was only eating about 1700 calories a day but I was feeling faint and mardy. So I’ve upped it to 2000 but I still think that might not be enough. My health is good I’ve stopped smoking and cut my drinking down…

Thank you. That’s very helpful! I walk 3 miles to work and 3 miles back. I work in a wood yard, I do 10 hour shifts walking back and fourth stacking 100s of 30kg bungles of wood all day. Today I walked 12.4 miles and stacked about 15 tones of wood. It’s ruff lol

Yeah my logging is spot on I always read labels and know what I'm putting in my body I'm losing weight and feel pretty full of energy most the time I get a bit hungry at nights but that used to be my binge time I think my body misses it lol

That's an incredible transformation well done! I started at 280 now I'm 240 I still weigh 17 stone. I started lifting an cardio straight away as well as eating right I'm not really losing weight though any tips?
